What is Allied Health?
Every one has heard about travel nursing, it is one of the most well known entities in all of HealthCare. It sometimes seems like every hospital has dozens of nursing needs. At Curam Staffing, we are passionate about staffing all areas of the hospital. Allied health refers to a broad category of healthcare professions that are distinct from medicine, nursing, and pharmacy. Allied health professionals work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive services to patients. They play a crucial role in the healthcare system and contribute to patient care in various settings, such as hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and community health organizations. Often times Allied Health is seen as secondary in the staffing industry, however at Curam Staffing, we seek out every nook and cranny in the hospital.
